Sustainable and going green basically refer to the same thing, but the term sustainability goes further
than green in the sense that it expects a standard of performance higher than normal. It expects
economies to be more efficient rather than just adopting eco friendly techniques.

Sustainable green Building is also super efficient and compares the life cycle of an average home with that of the life
cycle of the earth.

In a nutshell, with sustainable development, you have to ensure that the needs of today’s generation are
met fully without jeopardizing the resources and needs of the future generations to come.
